Professional Bio

Sarah holds a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis Xavier University. She discovered the I&R world with 211 Nova Scotia (Canada) as the Database Manager in 2013 and, after a year, achieved certification as a Database Curator. Sarah became a Database Reviewer for the Accreditation program in 2018 and joined the AIRS, now Inform USA, team in 2020. For the past two years, she has led the Certification Program under the direction of the Certification Commission. Sarah has a passion for the organization of information and is grateful that she can use that passion and be a small part of the amazing work that I&R organizations do every day.
