Whether you are submitting a first-time accreditation application or a re-accreditation, feel free to use these optional preparation tools:

  • This timeline is the default for a first-time applicant, who has 18 months to complete the process. 
• Re-accreditation Applicant Timeline 
  • This timeline is the default for a re-accreditation applicant, who has 12 months to complete the process.

  • This checklist can be used to compile your documentation to ensure that you have everything ready to go... and/or get it updated to reflect current practices. Also, if you are missing any items, you can get to work on creating one!
