Each year, Inform USA recognizes and honors individuals and organizations who have made a remarkable impact within their community and the sector. Nominations open in early January of each year.

Community Resource Specialist of the Year:

This award celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise, dedication, and leadership within the field of Information and Referral (I&R). The recipient exemplifies the highest standards of excellence in their role, inspiring others and fostering growth and innovation within the profession.

This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to building and fostering relationships within the Inform USA community. The nominee consistently engages with others, shares valuable insights, and actively contributes to a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes professional growth and development.

Lifetime Achievement Award:

This award celebrates an individual whose sustained contributions to the Information and Referral (I&R) sector have made a profound and lasting impact. It honors a career defined by exceptional dedication, leadership, and a commitment to excellence that has shaped and advanced the field.

Innovation Awards:

This category recognizes organizations that have introduced impactful changes within their Information and Referral (I&R) services. There are five awards, each corresponding to one of the Inform USA Standards, showcasing excellence and creativity across various areas of I&R.
