For all other orgs, complete the following steps: 

1. Submit at least 10 training hours by either uploading the documentation below, or completing this submission form. A summary of your training hours is available in your Member Compass.
2. To submit payment, complete the required fields on this page and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button at the bottom. An invoicing option is also available at checkout.
