Eileen Davis

Eileen Davis is the Vice President of Mass211 and the Director of Call2Talk, the largest and only onsite Call Center in Massachusetts. She has worked in call centers for 40 years. Through her leadership, the Call Center has responded to over 2 million calls since the start of the pandemic. Overseeing a wide spectrum of programming, Mass211 and Call2Talk strive to connect callers with an array of services and resources that can potentially enrich their lives. As the Founder and Director of Call2Talk, she is responsible for all programming including prevention, intervention and postvention services. Eileen has received numerous recognitions including the 2022 Women’s Edge Award, Extraordinary Woman Advancing Healthcare in Massachusetts and the 2023 Lifesaver Leadership Award from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Massachusetts Chapter. Eileen sits on the Board of the International Council of Helplines.
