Evelyn Mercer

I am the 211 Program Supervisor with Central Michigan 211and LifeWays. Before becoming supervisor, I was the Lead Information and Referral Specialist with Central Michigan 211 for a little over 6 years and a Information and Referral specialist before that for a little over 4 years. I have been with the Central Michigan 211/LifeWays organizations for over 10 years. I love what we do, being there for callers when they need that voice to help them navigate through a difficult time and getting them connected to the resources in their area. I also love being that listening ear for the people we serve and for staff.
I have 3 fur babies (Kitties), I love to read and craft in my spare time. I am also a proud auntie to 2 beautiful nieces and 1 nephew who I love even though they drive me a little bit crazy at times. I also love to spend time outdoors and love anything Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Harry Potter.
