Jennifer Fromme

Jennifer Fromme serves as the Director of Delaware 211, a vital statewide information and referral service that connects individuals and families to essential community resources. A lifelong Delawarean, Jennifer has been with Delaware 211 since its early days in 2008, shortly after graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Family and Community Services and a concentration in Child Development. Over the past 16+ years, she has played a key role in the program’s growth and evolution, holding multiple positions and leading various initiatives aimed at improving access to health, housing, and social services for Delawareans in need.

Jennifer is known for her deep commitment to community well-being, her hands-on leadership style, and her ability to foster strong partnerships across nonprofit, government, and private sectors. Under her leadership, Delaware 211 has strengthened its capacity to serve as a trusted resource for thousands of residents each year, especially during times of crisis or transition.

Outside of her professional role, Jennifer is deeply rooted in her community. She lives in Middletown, Delaware, with her husband Jon and their two children, Ryder and Andy. A passionate fan of all things Disney, Jennifer loves visiting the parks and going on cruises with her family, making unforgettable memories and embracing the joy of adventure.
