She is skilled in nonprofit management, youth development, and community outreach. Rebecca earned a bachelor's degree from New College at The University of Alabama in "Social Justice and Anti-Racist Activism" and a Masters of Education from The University of Massachusetts, Boston in "Learning, Teaching and Educational Transformation".
