Rebecca Cornwell, MEd, BCBA, has dedicated her career to connecting people, data, and services to strengthen communities. As the former manager of the 211 program serving south central Alabama, she led data integration efforts, cross-sector partnerships, and statewide collaborations within the 211 network. A strong advocate for data governance and interoperability, Rebecca works to ensure that every data point collected through 211 tells a meaningful story—one that improves outcomes, informs decisions, and builds stronger, more connected communities.
Rebecca Cornwell is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for connecting the dots in her communities, locally & globally. She is skilled in nonprofit management, youth development, and community outreach. Rebecca earned a bachelor's degree from New College at The University of Alabama in "Social Justice and Anti-Racist Activism" and a Masters of Education from The University of Massachusetts, Boston in "Learning, Teaching and Educational Transformation".
