Started work in Kenosha as a case manager for people with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Moved into determining eligibility for long term care and developing resources for families. Joined in with staff developing the long term functional screen for aging and disability groups to determine eligibility for long term care programs. This naturally evolved into helping to develop the WI long term care model through participation as a pilot county in Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) development. Then moved on to develop a resource center for mental health and substance use, using the ADRC model of service. Managed a representative payee program through the resource center and the Children's Long Term Support (CLTS)program. Currently focused on CLTS program growth and developing staff skills in serving children and families.
