The Inform USA Salary Survey is the definitive resource for accurate, up-to-date compensation data tailored specifically to the needs of information and referral (I&R) organizations and contact centers across North America.

Each year, Inform USA conducts the only international salary and benefits survey designed by our field, for our field. Whether you're a 211, AAA, ADRC, or blended organization, your input helps shape the most trusted source of workforce data in our sector.
