Wes leads 211 of Eastern Oklahoma (211EOK), a free telephone and digital service that unites people and resources to improve lives and strengthen the communities in the 37 counties in Eastern half of Oklahoma. 211EOK is the direct link via phone, app/web/text, and social media between people who need assistance and organizations that can provide that assistance. Provides leadership over all aspects of the assessment, information, and referral processes, while building a future 211 ecosystem that includes case management and close loop referrals. Responsible for setting vision and implementing strategies to expand and improve 211EOK’s efforts in building a robust resource database through systems and community outreach. Collaborates with the 211 Advisory Council and other stakeholders across the state and nation to build a best-in-class 211 system for Eastern Oklahoma. A 211OK system that supports the vision of a community working together to ensure that all its members flourish and thrive.
