Everything You Wanted to Know About Learn But Didn’t Know How to Ask!

Inform USA uses a Learning Management System (LMS) aptly titled “Learn” for its online training courses and its library of archived webinars. In this webinar, we’ll discuss features of the Learn system and how it interfaces with your Inform USA account. We’ll also discuss how agencies can contract with Inform USA to provide training at a low cost for their staff members.

Speakers:

Sandra Ray is the Program and Education Director for Inform USA where she is responsible for overseeing the Inform USA curriculum, curating content for webinars, and communicating with speakers at both in-person and virtual conferences. Before joining Inform USA in 2023, she worked for United Way of Greater Houston in its 211 Texas/United Way Helpline program where she was responsible for onboarding new employees, providing training to existing staff members, and managing the program's training curriculum. Her trainings have been used across the US and Canada in many different I&R programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Science in Psychology.

Andy has been a practicing social worker for over 11 years. He has experience in policy and clinical settings, and most recently worked for nearly 8 years as the Outreach Social Worker for the Milwaukee County Aging and Disability Resource Center (Wisconsin). While there he earned the Community Resource Specialist - Aging/Disabilities designation while reaching and serving more than 90,000 residents and an extensive network of community partners. Andy has a tremendous interest in supporting the members of the Inform USA network and the critical work that they do to help people when they are in need. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
