Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the officers of the Board, the chairs of the Standards and Public Policy Committees, and up to three other members of the Board who are be appointed by the President and confirmed by the Board.
The Executive Committee may exercise the powers of the Board when the Board is not in session, except those powers which the Bylaws require be exercised by the Board itself.
