Finance and Audit Commitee
The Treasurer chairs a standing Audit and Finance Committee consisting of Board members and members-at-large.
The Audit & Finance Committee provides high-level oversight on the financial aspects of the organization, including development of the annual budget, the completion of the annual audit or review and the filing of IRS Form 990.

Meetings: The committee meets every other month
Recruitment: Members will be selected when vacancies occur through an open application process promoted within the Inform USA membership.
