Partnership Accreditation - Contact Handling Application

Inform USA Resource Contact Center Partnership Accreditation is awarded to I&R organizations that provide Contact Handling services and formally partners (subcontracts) with a singular entity to  provide Resource Database curation services. The subcontractor must already hold a full/traditional accreditation (meaning they provide both the resource database and contact handling services).

The Contact Center Partnership Accreditation process is a modified version of the traditional accreditation, aimed at ensuring the contact center operates in alignment with the Standards.

This process would involve the following phases:

  • Call Review Phase
  • Consultative Phase
  • Virtual Site Visit
Non-Member Price: $8,000
Member Price: $5,000
