Partnership Accreditation - Resource Database Application

Inform USA Resource Database Partnership Accreditation is awarded to I&R organizations that provide Resource Database Services and formally partners (subcontracts) with a singular entity to  provide Contact Handling services. The subcontractor must already hold a full/traditional accreditation (meaning they provide both the resource database and contact handling services). 

The Resource Database Partnership Accreditation process is a modified version of the traditional accreditation, aimed at ensuring the database operates in alignment with the Standards.

This process would involve the following phases: 

  • Resource Database Review Phase
  • A modified Consultative Phase (assessing overall operations and excluding requirements related to contact handling). 
  • Community Survey Phase 
  • A modified Virtual Site Visit (excluding items related to contact handling).
