Carla Lundeen

Carla Lundeen serves as the Director of Great Rivers 211, a community service of Emplify Health by Gundersen, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Under her leadership, Great Rivers 211 provides essential support to 16 counties across western Wisconsin and southeast Minnesota, connecting individuals and families with the resources they need to thrive.

With over 20 years of nursing experience in community health and managed care, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is a registered nurse and holds a certification as an Inform USA-certified Community Resource Specialist and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her active membership in several esteemed organizations, including Inform USA, the American Nurses Association, the Wisconsin Nurses Association, and ASQ.
