Kaley Newby

Kaley Newby serves as the Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement at 211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast, a 24/7 nonprofit contact center supporting over 300,000 interactions annually. In her role, she oversees compliance with more than 60 contracts and three accreditation bodies, including InformUSA, and leads organization-wide projects focused on quality assurance, staff training, and disaster preparedness. With 14 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Kaley believes in the power of cross-functional collaboration to drive meaningful change. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on strategy and innovation, and is passionate about translating complex compliance requirements into practical, human-centered systems that drive long-term organizational impact.
