Governance Committee

The Governance Committee consists of three or more individuals, chaired by the Vice-President.

The Governance Committee selects candidates to fill vacancies occurring on the Board and places them for nomination at the annual business meeting of the membership or by previous correspondence to the membership. In addition, the Governance Committee is the steward of Inform USA’s governance processes, procedures, and documentation.

Meetings: The committee meets one to two times a year, as needed.

Recruitment: Members will be selected when vacancies occur through an open application process promoted within the Inform USA membership.
