The Kynect Resources Specialist expands 211’s capacity to serve as the telephonic support for Metro Louisville residents accessing kynect resources. Working in coordination with the Cabinet for Health & Family Services and community partners, this role ensures residents are connected to the services they need while supporting organizations onboarding to kynect resources.
Responsibilities include assisting community partners with kynect onboarding, managing referral requests, training partners on system use, conducting outreach, and following up with residents to confirm needs are met. The Specialist also develops new resource listings, participates in community outreach, and maintains knowledge of 211’s database, taxonomy, and contact center systems.
This is a contracted, full-time position requiring residency in Kentucky. Candidates must reside in Jefferson, Carroll, Henry, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, or Trimble County due to travel and outreach requirements.
The Kynect Resources Specialist reports to Executive Management.
