Smart Columbus – Community Information Exchange
The Resource Data Curator supports the CIE Trusted Directory by ensuring that community resource information remains accurate, current, and aligned with standards. Working collaboratively with community partners, service providers, and the Smart Columbus team, this role strengthens access to services by maintaining high-quality listings that residents and caseworkers rely on.
Responsibilities include gathering and validating resource information, applying taxonomy and inclusion criteria, conducting quality assurance reviews, generating data reports, and coordinating with partners to keep eligibility and service details up to date. The Curator also collaborates with internal teams, supports directory governance, and helps ensure compliance with Inform USA standards.
This is a contracted 12-month position (20–40 hours/week) with the possibility of extension. Work may be remote or hybrid, based in Columbus, Ohio.
The Resource Data Curator reports to the Data & Integrations Lead.
