Group Registration Rate
This registration option is available only for organizations registering 3 or more candidates for certification exams. The discounted $120 per candidate rate is reflected in this registration option. Inform USA reserves the right to adjust pricing if the minimum group requirement is not met. Orders with fewer than 3 applications will be adjusted to the standard exam rate.

To be eligible for certification, Inform USA requires at least:
- 1 full year of employment in Community Navigation for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of employment in Community Navigation for applicants with an Associate’s degree
- 3 years of employment in Community Navigation for applicants with a High School diploma or GED.
- 4 + years of Community Navigation employment covers the eligibility criteria without the need to submit academic documentation.
Alternate Eligibility Pathway
Applicants without a bachelor’s degree may qualify to take the exam sooner by completing a Fundamentals Certificate course online. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and become eligible to take the exam after gaining 12 months of related work experience, regardless of your education level.
