Online Certification Exam

Exam registrations are 25% off through August 21!  No code needed,  the discounted rate is built into the registration price.

To be eligible for certification, Inform USA requires at least:

  • 1 full year of employment in Community Navigation for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of employment in Community Navigation for applicants with an Associate’s degree
  • 3 years of employment in Community Navigation for applicants with a High School diploma or GED.
  • 4 + years of Community Navigation employment covers the eligibility criteria without the need to submit academic documentation.

Alternate Eligibility Pathway

Applicants without a bachelor’s degree may qualify to take the exam sooner by completing a Fundamentals Certificate course online. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and become eligible to take the exam after gaining 12 months of related work experience, regardless of your education level.
