United Way of Pennsylvania is seeking a Vice President for PA 211 to provide strategic and operational leadership for the development, performance, sustainability, and continued evolution of Pennsylvania’s statewide 211 system.
Responsibilities include leading statewide strategy and planning, strengthening partnerships across the 211 network, developing sustainable funding opportunities, overseeing system performance, supporting innovation and technology initiatives, guiding staff, and using data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning and execution, organizational leadership, change management, performance management, team development, and working with boards or other governance bodies. Experience with 211, information and referral, human services, or statewide service delivery systems is preferred.
