At Crisis Connections, the mission is simple yet powerful: to foster resilience and well-being for all by connecting people to accessible, compassionate support.
Serving individuals and families across Washington State, Crisis Connections operates several vital services, including Washington 211, 988, the Recovery Helpline, and peer support lines. Through these programs, the organization helps people navigate a wide range of challenges—from meeting basic needs such as housing and food assistance to responding to mental health and substance use crises.
At the core of Crisis Connections' work is a commitment to compassion, connection, and whole-person care. Every interaction is guided by the belief that people deserve to be met where they are, without judgment. By providing real-time support and connecting help seekers with critical resources, the organization ensures that no one has to face difficult moments alone.

After receiving assistance locating legal resources to address unsafe living conditions and concerns about a negligent landlord, one help seeker shared:
