211 LA is seeking a Director of Resource to lead the management and integrity of its resource database, ensuring compliance with Inform USA standards, contractual requirements, and best practices in resource database development and maintenance.
Responsibilities include overseeing database quality and audits, supervising and developing the Resource team, directing the annual resource update process, monitoring departmental performance, maintaining the organization's style guide, fostering partnerships with community agencies, analyzing service gaps, generating reports for leadership, supporting database system improvements, and ensuring compliance with Inform USA accreditation standards and County contracts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in resource database management, team leadership, project management, and cross-sector collaboration.
Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of supervisory experience.
