Greater Twin Cities United Way is seeking a Director of 211 to lead a mission-driven program dedicated to connecting individuals and families to essential community resources across the region. Serving as both the strategic and operational leader, the Director will oversee the 211 helpline, advance alignment with 988 crisis and behavioral health systems, and guide efforts that strengthen access, coordination, and long-term systems change. This role provides senior leadership across strategy, operations, finance, and partnerships, while serving as a key public representative of 211 to funders, community partners, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit leadership experience, with a preference for backgrounds in crisis services, call center operations, or large-scale community-based systems.
