Pathways of Central Ohio is seeking an Executive Director to lead a mission-driven organization dedicated to connecting individuals and families across Central and Southeastern Ohio to essential health, mental health, and social services. Serving as both the strategic and operational leader, the Executive Director will oversee key programs including the 211/988 Crisis Hotline, prevention services, and parent education initiatives, while ensuring the organization continues to respond to crisis, promote prevention, and strengthen families.
This role partners closely with the board of directors, staff, and community stakeholders to expand Pathways’ reach, deepen community relationships, and increase awareness of its impact. The Executive Director will also be responsible for financial management, resource development, and long-term strategic planning, while serving as a visible representative of the organization at the local, state, and national levels. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit leadership experience, financial acumen, and a passion for advancing behavioral health and community well-being.
