Community Data & Partnerships Coordinator (Walnut Creek, CA - Onsite)

The Community Data & Partnerships Coordinator supports Contra Costa Crisis Center’s 211 Information & Referral system and 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by maintaining accurate community resource data and supporting reporting and system functionality within the WellSky platform. This role helps ensure high-quality, reliable information is available to frontline staff and the community.
Working under established procedures and in coordination with Operations leadership, this position focuses on data integrity, provider communication, reporting support, and system maintenance aligned with Inform USA standards. This is an operations support role and is not an IT infrastructure or technical support position.
Responsibilities include entering, updating, and verifying community resource records; communicating with service providers to maintain accurate listings; applying Inform USA taxonomy and eligibility criteria; supporting WellSky assessments, workflows, and reporting; assisting with data audits and quality checks; responding to internal data-related requests; and providing backup operational support to 211/988 services as trained.
The Coordinator also participates in meetings and trainings related to community resources and service navigation, supports cross-functional operations, and contributes to continuous data quality improvement efforts.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Walnut Creek, California.
Candidates should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, data management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Some experience with 211, Information & Referral, crisis services, or human services data systems is preferred. Familiarity with WellSky or similar platforms, strong attention to detail, organization, and an interest in developing skills related to Inform USA standards and reporting are also desired.
The Community Data & Partnerships Coordinator reports to senior Operations leadership.
