United Way of the Midlands is seeking a Manager, Data Resources to oversee and maintain the 211 Resource Database, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of community resource information used to connect individuals and families with critical services.

Responsibilities include managing community resource data, developing and monitoring database procedures and taxonomy standards, generating reports, collaborating with community partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with grants and contracts, and supporting the promotion of 211 services. This role also supervises and mentors a team of Database Curators and provides training on database systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and data management skills, along with experience in social services, communications, library science, or a related field. Candidates must be able to earn the Inform USA Community Resource Specialist – Database Curator Certification within six months of hire.
