This one-page, easy-to-read report highlights important data such as trends in needs and unmet needs in specific geographic areas, the results of two key quality assurance indicators, links to outreach materials, agency 211 profiles, and training requests.  Lastly, there is a client story, which emphasizes the compassion behind the statistics.  This report and many others can be found on their website, which in itself is a promising practice.
